I have my house rules on a discord server my group uses to communicate. I thought having them in a more accessible place on web might also help, and or inspire other DM's.
The following are my house rules.
Rat coins came from a Gary Con Lankhmar Judge. They awarded for ratting out fellow players on rules errors, dice fudging etc...
